Volunteer for BloomFest!

Join us for games, food and fun at BloomFest 2025! 

In order for BloomFest to be a success we need the support of parent volunteers. 

All games will be provided by the PTA, we just need your help to ensure our Bloom students have fun! Grab a friend and sign up to run a game together for an hour. 

We will host a volunteer meeting on Tuesday, October 7th @ 6pm on the front steps of Bloom to run through logistics of the day, if you are unable to attend we will share out details.

Help with the Auction!

The PTA is seeking support for silent auction donations. 

In the sign up link is a list of potential businesses that have donated in the past. We are looking for Bloom caregivers that would be willing to reach out to these businesses and ask if they would be willing to donate to our silent auction. 

We have also included some slots that aren't specific, as you might know someone who would be willing to donate that we haven't thought of. 

Here is a link to the donation letter that you can share with businesses as well. 

When signing up, please leave a comment with the organization you are getting the donation from, so we don't have others reach out to the same business. Once you've acquired the donation, please email the Bloom PTA (bloomelementaryPTA@gmail.com) with the subject line Bloom Fest Silent Auction Donation. 

Please note we will hold the online portion of our silent auction in the spring in tandem with the Bulldog Trifecta in Spring 2026. That auction will include larger ticket items.
