This workshop equips parents and caregivers with the skills and confidence to provide children with evidence-based and inclusive sexual health education at home. Research shows that comprehensive sex education is associated with delayed initiation of sexual activity, higher rates of contraception use, reduced unintended pregnancies and STIs, and stronger consent communication skills.
Identify age-appropriate topics in sexual health across developmental stages (early childhood through adolescence).
Respond to common questions about sex, relationships, and identity with clarity and without shame.
Apply inclusive approaches that affirm LGBTQ+ identities, diverse family structures, along with neurodiversity.
Create a household culture of openness and trust around conversations about bodies, boundaries, and intimacy.
